Scope:

This policy applies to all aspects of the foundation’s operations, including but not limited to:

• The selection and awarding of scholarships.
• Interactions with scholarship applicants, recipients, and their families.
• Employment practices within the foundation.
• Partnerships with other organizations.
• Provision of services and programs.

Implementation and Compliance:

• Our In-house counsel, Kailey Romanos, Esq. is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy.
• All staff, volunteers, and foundation board members are expected to uphold and support this policy.
• Any concerns or complaints regarding discrimination or harassment should be reported to Kailey Romanos, Esq. for investigation and appropriate action.
• The foundation will take prompt and effective steps to address any discrimination issues, ensuring compliance with this policy.

Review and Amendments:
This policy will be reviewed annually and may be amended as needed to reflect changes in laws or foundation practices.
