I, hereby grant permission to the Dare Greatly Foundation to use my personal photo on their official website and all associated social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

I understand that this photo may be used for promotional and informational purposes related to the activities and initiatives of the Dare Greatly Foundation. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the photo and acknowledge that it may be edited or cropped for the aforementioned purposes.

I affirm that I have the legal right to grant this permission and that the photo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. I release the Dare Greatly Foundation from any liability associated with the use of this photo.
